Real estate sales lead

Just some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling our insurance products to real estate companies, brokers, developers, landlords, etc.
  • Creating and executing a sales plan to meet current business objectives
  • Identifying untapped business contacts to generate new revenue streams
  • Generating and qualifying sales leads
  • Maintaining a high closing ratio using lead funnel metrics
  • Developing and maintaining a network with clients
  • Studying and sharing market trends and changes

You are most likely to succeed, when you:

  • Have 3-5 years of professional experience in residential or commercial real estate
  • Can demonstrate a history of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally) with various audiences
  • Are able to identify, articulate and relieve client pain points
  • Are resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Are committed and dedicated, with initiative and drive for success
  • Are fluent in English and German
