Customer account at INZMO

In order to use INZMO's services, you must create your own customer account in the INZMO mobile app.

Protect your account by keeping your password private. You are responsible for the activities that occur in or with your INZMO account.

Data and copyright protection

INZMO's Privacy Policy explains how INZMO processes your personal data and protects your privacy when you use our services. If you choose INZMO's services, you agree that your data will be used by INZMO in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Your information and content in INZMO's services

INZMO's services enable you to upload, provide, store, send and receive information and content. Content you own remains your property under intellectual property rights.

If you upload, submit, store, send or receive any Content as part of or through INZMO's Services, you grant INZMO (and our partners) a worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (e.g. E.g., translations, adaptations or other changes we make to make your information content more accessible to our Services), disclosure, publication, public performance, display and distribution. The rights granted by this license are for limited purposes to operate, promote and improve our existing services and to develop new ones. The license is valid even after you stop using our services. Some Services provide ways to access and remove content on our Services. In addition, some Services have terms or settings that limit the scope of use of content submitted to those Services.

Marketing Communications, consent to Receive Marketing Messages

At INZMO, we're dedicated to bringing our users the best possible offers and services tailored to their needs. We believe in keeping our users informed about our latest deals, product features, and opportunities for savings and improvement.

Withdrawal of Consent: Your consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase with INZMO, and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The process for withdrawing consent and stopping marketing communications will be as simple as the process for giving consent.

Changes to Marketing Communications Policy: We may update this section from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to you as required by law.

Service software from INZMO

If a Service requires or includes downloadable software, it may automatically update on your device when a new version or feature is available. Some services allow you to adjust automatic update settings.

INZMO provides you with a personal, worldwide, free, inalienable and non-exclusive license as part of the Service enabling you to use the software offered by INZMO. The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use INZMO's services.

Modification and Termination of Services

You can stop using INZMO’s services at any time. INZMO may suspend providing the Services to you and add or create new limits on its Services at any time.

Liability for services

INZMO is not responsible for the content of data and uploaded files entered into the registry by Service Users.

INZMO will not be liable for any delays, errors or interruptions in INZMO's services caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as: B. Force majeure, power failures, disruptions in your or INZMO's data connection or in the operation of other electronic devices and instruments, including software.

INZMO is not liable for any damage or loss of profits resulting from use or non-use.

Information about terms and conditions

We may change these Terms or other additional terms that apply to the Service, e.g. B. to reflect a change in law or services. You should review the Terms and Conditions regularly. We will post changes to the Terms and Conditions on our website www.inzmo.com. We will post notice of the revised Supplemental Terms on the applicable Service page. Changes affecting new features of the Services or changes for legal reasons will take effect immediately. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Use, you may discontinue using INZMO's Services.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to all disputes that arise in connection with the use of the services or with the terms and conditions.
