The Baloise rental deposit warranty, as a guarantee for private rental agreements, offers an alternative to traditional deposit forms such as cash deposits, pledged savings accounts, or bank guarantees, while providing the same level of protection; the guarantors are liable for up to three net cold rents to landlords or property managers.
