Here’s just some of your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the immaculate customer relationships assisting our B2C customers in all questions
related to our services;
- Serving our customers in all channels: online, phone, e-mail, social media, etc.
- Create new standard of swift customer service in insurance sector.
You’re most likely to succeed, when you have:
- You have worked minimum 2 years as a customer representative;
- You are proactive, creative, likeable, persuasive and be willing to walk the extra mile on strategically chosen initiatives;
- You have the ability to independently manage and effectively prioritize an overabundance of opportunities that ask for your attention;
- Excellent communication (oral + written) skills;
- You demonstrate ability to excel in a start-up environment;
- Languages: fluent in German and English.
