Customer representative (German / English speaking)

Here’s just some of your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the immaculate customer relationships assisting our B2C customers in all questions
    related to our services;
  • Serving our customers in all channels: online, phone, e-mail, social media, etc.
  • Create new standard of swift customer service in insurance sector.

You’re most likely to succeed, when you have:

  • You have worked minimum 2 years as a customer representative;
  • You are proactive, creative, likeable, persuasive and be willing to walk the extra mile on strategically chosen initiatives;
  • You have the ability to independently manage and effectively prioritize an overabundance of opportunities that ask for your attention;
  • Excellent communication (oral + written) skills;
  • You demonstrate ability to excel in a start-up environment;
  • Languages: fluent in German and English.
